Who we are:
EPUSA is the name of the membership of priests who come to the United States to study and continue an extended stay before returning to the Enugu Diocese.
The Catholic Bishop of Enugu, Bishop Calistus Onaga, in his wisdom wishes to see his priests widen and grow their intellectual capital. With this goal in mind, and following the diocesan plan, he sends them to different parts of the world. The United States is one of these places.
About Enugu:
Enugu is nested at the foot of Udi Hills at an elevation of 1,300 feet (396m). Its contouring hilly features set it apart from other states in Nigeria. The cascading swath of clouds and the dove that hovers over the hills signify the presence of the the Holy Spirit bringing peace and harmony to the diocese - as well as the entire state of Enugu.
What we do:
Enugu diocesan priests who come to the United States specialize in different fields of education.
Among the EPUSA rank and file we have clinical psychologists, experts in areas of management, architecture, clinicians who work in hospital settings, and others who work in parish settings.
In partnership with Enugu Diocese, EPUSA sponsors Enugu diocesan priests to go to Rome and upgrade their educations.
Some members of EPUSA found working in parish communities engage in youth ministries, often in inner-city areas.

To strengthen the Enugu Diocese by sourcing and maintaining opportunities for growth, capacity building and collaboration.
